Shipping Info

We offer free shipping to all U.S. customers!

Please allow between 1-3 business days to process and fulfill your order before we hand it over to USPS. All orders are sent via USPS First Class Mail.

Shipping Time

Orders ship on business days, Monday through Friday excluding US Holidays and weekends. Please visit USPS for a full list of Federal Holidays when the mail will not be delivered.

Shipping via USPS First Class Mail takes between 2-5 business days. On average you should receive your package 3 days after you received the shipping information.

Please note that all items in your order must be in stock before your order ships. If the items are not in stock, order time can exceed stated time.

If you find your order has not been delivered in this time window, please contact us with your order number so we could further assist you.

International Shipping

Currently, we can only ship and sell to USA based customers. We are working to provide international shipping options in future. 

Tracking Your Order

After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation with the receipt. You will also receive an email with your tracking number when your order ships. With the tracking number, you can determine the location and estimated delivery time on your package by visiting the USPS website. Please note that USPS can take up to 12 hours after the order is shipped to provide accurate tracking information. 

Missing Package

If your package is marked as delivered but missing, please contact USPS with your tracking number for more information. As soon as the package is handed over to USPS, we are not responsible for lost/stolen packages.
