If you discover any issues with your order, we will do whatever it takes to resolve it. Customer satisfaction is a top priority for us!

We offer the following:

• If your order has defects or has printing issues, or if the final design was put on an incorrect product, we will reproduce your order. Please send us a foto of the issue via email or via the contact form. Exchanges are valid within 30 days of the delivery date.

• If we are not able to reproduce and send you a replacement, we will refund you the costs upon receipt of your returned items.
