Are the products eco-friendly? 

We are selling high-quality shirts from Bella + Canvas which are ethically made. It is important for us to work with manufacturing facility partners who produce our products through an eco-friendly process! The production of the shirts cause almost no landfill waste because they recycle pretty much everything, for example, excess fabric is recycled into baby bibs or stuffing for upholstery. The manufactoring facilities are using solar energy to reduce power of the sewing and cutting facilities, motion-sensor LED lighting and skylights. Our partner is a green company taking every opportunity to reduce our co2 emissions.

What is the quality of the shirts? 

We sell only premium shirts which are comfortable and long-lasting. They are 100% soft, airlume combed and made out of ringspun cotton. It is a 4.2oz shirt. All our shirts are unisex style and will fit men and women. 

I received a damaged order, can you help?

Yes of course! If you received a damaged good, please contact us or via email to office@daintycat.com with a picture of the item and its defect. Please also provide you order number that you received via email after your purchase. We can then ship a replacement immediately.

I did not receive my order?

Please allow 5-10 business days to process and ship an order. Once an order is processed and shipped, it can take 2-5 business days to be delivered by USPS. Please note that the delivery time may not be guaranteed once it is in possession of the carrier.

Please contact USPS with your tracking number for more information. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information shows that your order was delivered but you did not receive it, you can file a claim with the shipping carrier.  

For customers whose packages are lost in transit, please contact us. Our team may be able to replace your package or provide you with a store credit. When you're happy, we are happy!

Can I change the shipping address for my order?

Please make sure the shipping address is correct prior to confirming the order.
If your order has not yet shipped, we may be able to change the shipping address. Please contact us with your order number and correct address immediately and we will try our best to accommodate your request if your order has not yet shipped. However, we cannot guarantee it.

Once your order has been shipped, we cannot change the address. We kindly ask that you reach out to USPS directly with your tracking number and request a hold for pick up.

What size should I order?

It depends on what you are looking for. The fit of our shirts is true to size in general. But if you are a muscular person, it may run a bit small and we recommend to order one size up. For women, it may run half a size large. Note that the shirts run a bit smaller along the width and shoulders but the length of the shirt runs slightly longer than usual shirts. 

We recommend to check out our size chart before ordering.

I ordered the wrong size, can I change it?

If you ordered the wrong size and the order has not yet under production already, we may be able to change the size of your order. Please contact us immediately (on average within 1 hour after you ordered the item) and include your order number information and correct size and we will try our best to accommodate your request. However, once an order is placed, it is difficult to adjust the size.

Do you ship to countries outside the US?

Currently, we do only ship to USA based customers. We are working to provide international countries in future.
